世界候鸟日 is celebrated twice a year to reflect the movement of millions of birds between their breeding grounds and overwintering grounds. Spring Migratory Bird Day is celebrated on the 2nd Saturday in May (May 11th, 2024) and Fall Migratory Bird Day is celebrated on the 2nd Saturday in October (October 12th, 2024).

Have you heard that the Sonorasaurus is officially Arizona's state dinosaur? Based on the fossils, it is estimated that the dino was about 50 feet long and weighed 4,000 pounds. Come see the REAL Sonorasaurus bones (only at the Desert Museum)!
